Job summary

Aria Care is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents at our Epsom-based home. You will support the Head Chef, lead by example, and mentor the kitchen team across shift patterns.

The role is full-time (40 hours over four days: Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun) with a competitive rate of £15.75 per hour and a clear induction in healthcare catering.

We are looking for a passionate Chef that will support the Head Chef, lead by example and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
