Job summary

Care UK is looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef to create fresh, nutritious meals for our residents using the best ingredients. The role supports the Head Chef, leads by example and showcases hospitality with straight shifts, no evenings, 38 hours per week, 8am–6pm, including every other weekend.

An induction will cover healthcare kitchen skills and there is an opportunity to mentor teams through our Chef academy. We value diversity, empathy and growth mindset.

We are looking for a passionate Chef that will support the Head Chef, lead by example and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
