Job summary

Fuller’s Frog & Wicket is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to cover the Head Chef’s absence and lead the kitchen team. You will prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, local ingredients and bring creative ideas to the menu. You’ll drive quality, consistency and fast, friendly service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification and strong knowledge of food safety are essential.
• Experience cooking with seasonal, local ingredients is required.
• Able to lead and develop a kitchen team.
