Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Sous Chef in Little Burstead to lead a kitchen section, train and motivate a team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed.

You will manage food ordering, prep, stock control, and ensure adherence to branded menus and health & hygiene standards. The role offers full-time hours and a competitive package with tips.
