Millelstead is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our team at The Mill at Elstead, a bustling country pub by the River Wey. In this role, you will control the kitchen during the Head Chef's absence while ensuring the preparation of fresh dishes using seasonal ingredients.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent kitchen role.
• Ability to control kitchen operations in the head chef's absence.
• Pride in preparing food from local ingredients.
