Horse & Groom is seeking a Junior Sous Chef with a passion for great food and leading a kitchen team. You’ll run a section, train staff and ensure you deliver on brand standards.

You’ll cook to spec, support with stock control and ordering, and have opportunities for progression as the business supports your development. Competitive salary offered.
