Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited in Chester is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to work with the Head Chef, running the kitchen and driving the food culture at The Architect, Chester.

This role offers a basic salary up to £37,000, plus tronc, with a bonus up to £2,000 per year, paid overtime and excellent tips.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at senior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to leadership.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at senior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
