Miller & Carter - Cardiff Bay is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, guide a team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed. You will drive food quality and consistency across dishes in a branded menu, while maintaining excellent guest service in a high-volume environment.

• Experience in a kitchen leadership role.

As a Sous Chef atMiller & Carter - Cardiff Bay, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
