Job summary

Miller & Carter – Cardiff Bay is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef who loves great food, trains great people, and leads the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. You’ll run a section, training your team to deliver dishes with pride and ensure smooth service.

You will manage food ordering, stock control, and uphold health and hygiene standards on a branded menu, while supporting a busy kitchen and developing your team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment and ability to lead a team.
• Experience working with a branded menu and ensuring consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
