Job summary

The Botanist Sunderland is hiring a Chef to join a busy kitchen team. You will prepare and cook dishes to specification, maintain high standards of quality and presentation, and support smooth service with teamwork and care.

We welcome chefs who are passionate about food and hospitality, with experience in professional kitchens. The role includes training, meal discounts for you and up to 5 guests, free meals on shift, and birthday/day-after time off as part of a supportive, growing group.

Qualifications

• Preparing and cooking dishes to company specifications

• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are passionate about food and hospitality, take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.

Previous experience as a Chef, Line Chef, Commis Chef or within a professional kitchen is desirable.
