Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a proactive Sous Chef at The Plough Inn Eynsford to lead a kitchen section, train staff, and support the Head Chef with orders and stock control. You’ll ensure the team works cohesively on a branded menu and maintains high standards of hygiene and food prep.

You will be responsible for guiding Chefs, driving targets with the team, and leveraging onsite accommodation perks as part of a supportive Pub group environment.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.

As a Sous Chef atthe Plough Inn Eynsford, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
