With multiple dining concepts and a strong focus on innovation, we are building something truly special, and we're looking for a Sous Chef who shares our ambition and commitment to world-class standards.
Please note: You must have at least 2 years’ experience in a Michelin-starred or 3 AA Rosette restaurant. Applications without this will not be considered.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 1 Michelin-starred or 3 AA Rosette environment
Experience managing event catering and large-scale service
Proven ability to lead the pass during 200+ cover services
Full understanding of classical techniques, sauces, stocks, and butchery
Leadership skills with a collaborative and resilient mindset
Target-driven with a clear focus on culinary growth and guest satisfaction
Passion for food, a hunger to learn, and an unwavering eye for detail
