Fuller’s Bridport is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is away, crafting fresh dishes from seasonal, local ingredients. You will bring creativity to the menu and help bring out the best in your kitchen team.

Join a 16th-century coaching inn near the Jurassic coast, offering development opportunities, weekly tips, discounts, and benefits through My Fuller’s platform. Induction and training are provided to get you started.
