Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in Windlesham invites a Junior Sous Chef to lead a section, train a team and uphold our premium standards. You will cook to spec, support fellow chefs, and run a kitchen area with a view to developing leadership skills within a busy, guest‑facing environment.
