Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Sous Chef for a luxury care home in the United Kingdom. You will work alongside the Head Chef, taking ownership of service, standards, and the quality of every plate that leaves the kitchen.

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management.
• Work closely with care teams to meet individual dietary needs.

Sous Chef – Luxury Care Home – £31,200 – Full-Time

Food is a key part of how residents experience each day in this luxury care home. As Sous Chef, you’ll work side by side with the Head Chef, taking real ownership of service, standards, and the quality of every plate that leaves the kitchen.

This is a role for someone who enjoys providing a find dining experience and working in a setting where high standards matter.
