Mitchells & Butlers PLC, owner of Bell, is seeking a Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, training great people and making guests smile. You will run a section and lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence, delivering on branded menus and high standards across Premium Country Pubs.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
