Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnered with a leading global apparel manufacturer to recruit a Sourcing Manager. You will own global sourcing across finished products, trims and fabrics, working with international vendors to drive cost, quality and value.

The role reports to senior stakeholders and requires strategic sourcing expertise, strong negotiation, and hands-on supplier management. Flexible hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a strategic sourcing role within Apparel, Clothing, Footwear or PPE.
• Experience sourcing internationally, ideally from Asia.
• Proven track record in vendor negotiation and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with international vendors to secure best pricing and quality across finished products, trims and fabrics.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure strong service levels, purchasing controls, contract compliance and value for money.
• Carry out ongoing market research and benchmarking to identify alternative vendors and keep sourcing strategies competitive.
• Lead evaluation teams and stakeholder groups through supplier assessment, selection and implementation of audit recommendations.
• Analyse procurement costs and develop strategies to reduce spend and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and report on global sourcing activity, maintaining regular communication with vendors.
• Champion Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) across the business.

As Sourcing Manager, you'll take ownership of global sourcing across finished products, trims and fabrics, partnering with international vendors to drive better cost, quality and value.

• Full-time Monday – Friday with flexible start & finish times

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with international vendors to secure the best pricing and quality across finished products, trims and fabrics
