Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is seeking a Sourcing Executive for an active-wear fashion brand, based in the UK. The role centers on strengthening supplier partnerships, expanding the global supplier network, and supporting cost and pricing activities.

You will manage supplier performance, chase lead times, terms, and sustainability goals while coordinating samples and logistics in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is a permanent, on-site posting with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Experience working with suppliers and supply base management.
• Knowledge of payment terms, duty rates, and global lead times.
• Strong report generation and data analysis skills.

As the Sourcing Executive, you'll collaborate with the Sourcing Manager to spot supply gaps, evaluate supplier performance, and forge effective communication with partners worldwide. From managing samples to championing sustainable sourcing, this role is your gateway to influencing strategy on a global scale.

Your Mission

• Build and nurture strong relationships across a global supplier network
• Explore new suppliers and sourcing markets-travel opportunities included

• Support sustainable sourcing initiatives and help hit key environmental targets
