Job summary

Nexus People is hiring Sortation Operatives in Wednesbury to join our team. Full-time shifts available, working 6 out of 7 days with weekend work required. No warehouse experience needed—just a positive attitude and team spirit.

You will sort parcels, load/unload, use hand scanners, and help hit daily targets. We offer weekly pay, on-the-job training, and a friendly, inclusive team in a safe warehouse environment.

Job Title: Sortation Operative

Pay Rate: £12.71 to £17.70 p/h

About the Role

We are looking for Sortation Operatives to join our team in Wednesbury. You don’t need warehouse experience – just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset. This is a very sought after role, so don't delay with your application.

IMPORTANT: You must be able to commit to full time shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sorting Parcels across both inbound and outbound departments
• Loading and unloading goods from HGV's
• Using hand scanners and other equipment (full training provided)
• Operating pump trucks and pulling cages
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
• Working with your team to hit daily targets
