Job summary

Virgin Hotels Edinburgh is seeking a passionate Sommelier to lead wine service across our F&B outlets, sharing knowledge and enthusiasm with guests.

Under the F&B Manager, you will supervise staff, maintain standards, and drive exceptional guest experiences and financial performance from opening to close.

A WSET qualification and 1–2 years of F&B/restaurant management experience are preferred; strong wine and sake interest welcomed.

Qualifications

• Current, legal ability to work in the UK.
• 1–2 years of F&B/Restaurant management experience.
• Strong passion for wine and beverage service; interest in sake.
