Job summary

Public House Group is hiring a Sommelier to lead our wine programme across our London and Cotswolds venues. You will curate a wine list that complements seasonal menus and deliver expert recommendations to guests.

Work closely with the beverage manager and culinary team to educate staff, pair wines with dishes, and maintain accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as sommelier or in a high-end hospitality role.
• Passion for wine and ability to educate guests.
• Knowledge of global wine regions and pairings.
