Our cellar features iconic labels and a dynamic wine offering alongside a 15-course tasting menu, with a focus on thoughtful pairings and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

High standards of beverage service
Skilled in wine pairing and guest guidance
Passion for wine, liquor and champagne
Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages
Familiarity with a 15-course tasting menu
WSET Level 2 required

Responsibilities
