L'Enclume in Cartmel, Lake District, renowned with 3 Michelin Stars and a premier beverage program, seeks a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team. Our cellar features iconic labels and a dynamic wine offering alongside a 15-course tasting menu, with a focus on thoughtful pairings and exceptional guest experiences.

We operate a 4-day working week with paid overtime, staff discounts across our group, bike-to-work scheme, Calm App Premium membership, Perkbox, EAP, referral schemes

Qualifications

• High standards of beverage service
• Skilled in wine pairing and guest guidance
• Passion for wine, liquor and champagne
• Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages
• Familiarity with a 15-course tasting menu
• WSET Level 2 required
