Sommelier Edit Ltd is seeking a passionate Assistant Head Sommelier for L'Enclume in Cartmel, a restaurant with 3 Michelin stars. The candidate will work closely with the Head Sommelier, demonstrating high standards of beverage service and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage pairing. Candidates should have WSET Level 3 or higher and experience in a similar high-quality environment.
