What You'll Get Up To:

• You will be committed to maintaining exceptional presentation and organisation across the wine cellar and service areas, ensuring the highest standards are always upheld.
• Great attention to detail, taking pride in delivering precise wine service, from perfect pours to glassware selection and presentation.
• Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams by recommending and executing wine pairings that enhance each dish and elevate the guest experience.
• Demonstrate commitment and passion for wine on every shift, confidently sharing knowledge and creating memorable interactions with guests.
• Show a willingness to learn, continuously developing your wine knowledge, service skills, and understanding of global wine trends.
