Job summary

Permanently Unique Group is hiring hospitality staff to deliver a unique and special guest experience. You will respond to diverse customer requirements with personable care and support your team to maintain a positive working environment.

We offer training with a tronc rate initially, progressive wage increases after training, plus a range of wellbeing and progression benefits including staff food menus, cycle-to-work, and annual celebrations.

• Support your team to create a positive working environment and to be the best team that we can be.
• Use your personable skills to respond to different situations and different customer requirements.
• Show your experience and ability to manage large sections of guests during busy periods to deliver an impeccable level of service and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate a desire to go further in your career and learn new skills.
• All servers will begin their journey on a training rate tronc, once training has been successfully completed the tronc rate will be increased.
