Permanently Unique Group is seeking a kitchen leader to direct the team during busy services, creating a positive energy and productive environment in a fast-paced setting.

You will demonstrate versatile skills across all kitchen sections, maintain composure under pressure, and show impeccable knife skills with meticulous attention to detail, inspiring junior colleagues to learn and grow.

• Direct your team during busy services to create positive energy and productive environment.
• Show versatility with your skills and experience working in all sections of professional kitchens.
• Ability to remain calm during pressurised services.
• Demonstrate experienced knife skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Show determination to deliver the best product and demonstrate commitment and passion on every shift to inspire those around you.
• Demonstrate a desire to push culinary boundaries and learn new skills and techniques to deliver new and unique dishes.
• Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing.
