Job summary

Permanently Unique Group is seeking talent within its Manchester hospitality team to elevate guest experiences and mentor colleagues in a busy setting.

• Show your experience and ability to manage large sections of guests during busy periods to deliver an impeccable level of service and attention to detail.

• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of food and beverage and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience.
• Adapt your style to different situations and different customer requirements.
• Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail to our guests.
• Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing.
