Qualifications

A STEM degree or relevant industry experience.
Experience within technical sales, engineering, manufacturing or food processing.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Commercial awareness and sound judgement.
Strong organisational and project management abilities.
High levels of IT literacy.
Good Maths and English skills.
A proactive approach and desire to continuously develop knowledge.
Additional language skills would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Providing technical expertise and support to customers, distributors and internal teams.
Producing quotations and identifying suitable solutions.
Assisting with technical projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Supporting field sales teams during customer visits.
Delivering projects and reports within agreed timescales.
Maintaining accurate records and administrative documentation.
Attending exhibitions, meetings and industry events when required.
