Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responding to technical enquiries and customer requests.
• Producing detailed quotations and estimates.
• Recommending the most suitable technical solutions.
• Supporting customers with projects and technical challenges.
• Assisting with technical training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Investigating customer complaints and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting field sales teams during customer visits.
• Delivering projects and reports within agreed timescales.
• Maintaining accurate records and administrative documentation.
• Attending exhibitions, meetings and industry events when required.
