Job summary

Dynatrace seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer with deep Dynatrace expertise to join a major technology and platform engineering programme on-site in Bath. You will own Dynatrace implementation, configuration and production troubleshooting, acting as a technical SME across complex environments.

You will influence observability strategy, mentor engineering teams, and drive end-to-end monitoring solutions, including metrics, alerts and instrumentation across multi-cloud setups.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Dynatrace implementation and administration experience (beyond dashboards).
• Experience designing and implementing observability/monitoring solutions end-to-end.
• Strong SRE and production engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynatrace implementation and ongoing ownership in large-scale environments.
• Mentor and support other engineers, acting as SME for observability.
