TransPerfect is seeking Solutions Engineers to drive AI-enabled product development and respond to client enhancement requests. You will work closely with Client Service Representatives and other SEs to resolve escalations, assist with data migrations, and prepare test scripts for QA and validation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn eClinical solutions and AI tools.
• Experience with SQL databases and scripting is a plus.
• Ability to build prototypes and validate AI outputs for quality.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve trial interactive operations escalations with clients and SEs.
• Assist with data migration using defined utilities and processes.
• Prepare and execute PDC and IQ test scripts.
• Build QA scripts for migrations and special projects.
• Create technical documentation for projects and processes.
• Execute database scripts to enhance reporting systems.
• Support production servers and deployments.
• Develop large-scale, high-availability systems for enterprise clients.
• Create internal and client-facing eLearning videos.
