Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to establish and lead quality assurance across a large, growing web platform. You will define QA processes, own regression testing, and serve as the quality gate for releases.

You will also design a test automation strategy, select appropriate tools, collaborate with developers and DevOps, and mentor junior QA engineers as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience focused on web.
• Strong manual testing background.
• Experience setting up QA processes from scratch.
• Familiar with modern web stacks and CMS platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA processes and standards.
• Perform manual testing across multiple websites and applications.
• Own regression testing for releases, migrations, and new features.
• Act as the quality gate before production releases.
• Define and begin implementing a test automation strategy.
• Select tools and identify areas suitable for automation.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to improve quality practices.
• Mentor junior QA engineers as the team grows.
