Job summary

Drata is seeking a motivated Solutions Engineer to support sales and channel teams in showcasing the Drata platform. You will engage prospects, run technical proofs of concept, and translate requirements into actionable demonstrations.

This hybrid role is based in London with 1–2 days in the office each week. You will partner with account executives, align customer pain points with solutions, and help drive deal progression.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales / Solutions Engineer in SaaS or tech space.
• Experience running trials and POCs and serving as the technical partner throughout evaluation.
• Solid background integrating cloud systems and API workflows.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support prospective customers evaluating the Drata platform.
• Support technical proof of concepts and demonstrations for buyers.
• Align customer pain points with proposed solutions and drive demonstrations.
• Develop compelling product demos and help win channel partners.
• Gather customer needs for product and engineering teams for future enhancements.
• Conduct competitive research to inform positioning and strategy.
• Assist in building financial business cases for prospective customers.
• Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses.
