Job summary

Brightly, a Siemens company, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to help UK manufacturing organisations improve reliability, asset performance and operational efficiency through Brightly's CMMS and Asset Management solutions. You will build trusted customer relationships, deliver engaging product demonstrations and guide customers to realise the value of our software.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software demonstrations, workshops, webinars or presentations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement spanning technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to understand business challenges and articulate technical solutions.
• Customer-focused, able to lead discussions and influence decisions.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build cross-team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analysing customer requirements and delivering tailored product demonstrations based on identified business needs.
• Conducting engaging webinars, workshops and presentations for both large and small audiences, virtually and in person.
• Acting as a trusted product adviser and working closely with the Manufacturing Sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Building compelling presentations and supporting materials for customer engagements, speaking opportunities and marketing activities.
• Developing a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices and product developments through continuous learning.
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to support campaigns, customer engagement initiatives and market awareness activities.
• Translating customer challenges and operational requirements into effective software solutions.
• Leading the technical and product-focused elements of customer consultations and discovery sessions.
• Working closely with Solutions Consultants, Account Executives, Account Managers, Product Development and Marketing teams to share customer insights, identify market opportunities and strengthen our competitive position.
• Providing expertise and guidance on the capabilities, benefits and value of Brightly's solutions.
