Are you ready to be a key player in a rapidly growing Gen AI start-up?

Scout Global is hiring for a Solutions Consultant with an early stage Gen AI start-up that’s reshaping the industry with a best-in-breed Gen AI solution as well an exciting new product launch! They are looking for a Customer Facing Solutions Engineer to join their Pre/Post Solutions Consultant team.

Ideal background in Consulting, either the big 4 or similar large tech consulting firms, ability to advise on complex personalised PoCs, demos, solutions building. Pre/post sales experience is a bonus but this is more suited to a technical consultant with that background. Ability to "speak the language" of developer teams.

Qualifications:

• 10 years+ of experience across project management, product management, solutions architecture, and digital transformation consulting, with a strong focus on AI/ML technologies.
• 5+ years in client-facing roles such as business development, strategic consulting, or account management, preferably within the AI/ML space.
• Deep understanding of generative AI concepts, technologies, and business applications, especially in the visual domain.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and cultivating business opportunities that drive measurable value for clients.
• Strong project management expertise, including overseeing complex technical implementations.
• Experience in product management, with the ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to developing customer-centric solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced business degree is a plus.
• Based in London - fully remote, with a willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
