Unity5 is seeking a versatile Solutions & Bid Executive to join our growth team. The role blends pre‑sales technical knowledge with documentation and bid writing and support. We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised individual to join our team.

Location: Exeter – Hybrid. Employment Type: Full‑Time. The candidate will deliver tailored technology demonstrations and translate concepts into compelling bid responses across both public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer facing, technical role within a technology/SaaS/IT consultancy.
• Excellent written English with ability to translate complex jargon.
• Strong bid writing and content development skills.
• Experience tailoring messaging for public and private sectors.
• Organised with strong deadline and multi-tender management.

Responsibilities

• Understand prospective clients’ challenges and deliver tailored technology demonstrations.
• Draft and tailor responses to RFPs, RFIs, ITTs, and tenders for public and private sectors.
• Create compelling, compliant bid responses aligned to customer requirements.
• Maintain a content library of write-ups, diagrams, case studies and FAQs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to keep offerings and messaging current.
