Unity5 in Exeter, hybrid, is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join our growing commercial team. This full-time, permanent role offers a £32,000 salary and an opportunity to learn the tender process with full training.

You’ll develop product knowledge, run engaging demonstrations for potential clients, translate complex concepts into clear proposals, and support bids for public and private sector tenders.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Unity5 software products to demonstrate for potential clients.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, plain-English write-ups for proposals and client queries.
• Learn to craft winning responses for tenders with full support and training from the team.
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or technical role within technology/software is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Strong time management; able to handle multiple tasks or tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Learn & Demonstrate: Develop a deep understanding of our software products and help run engaging demonstrations for potential clients.
