Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote Korn Ferry’s RPO solutions to Talent Acquisition and HR decision-makers.
  • Target specific executives (e.g., CTOs for AI and Cyber requirements) to promote opportunities.
  • Create audience personas based on industry, company size, hiring maturity, and priorities to tailor outreach.
  • Maintain regular outreach via email, LinkedIn, and virtual events to nurture leads and build brand awareness.
  • Craft content and presentations showcasing features, benefits, and ROI of Korn Ferry’s RPO offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales leads to align messaging with buyer journeys and trends.
  • Use sales intelligence platforms to identify signals, trigger events, and warm leads.
  • Monitor engagement metrics to refine targeting strategies and improve conversions.
  • Build a dynamic pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive engagement and follow-up.
  • Transition engaged leads into high-value sales opportunities with VPs and Client Partners.
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and evolving talent acquisition challenges.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solution Development Respresentative to join Korn Ferry’s dynamic EMEA sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating potential leads to support the growth of our Projects business. This role involves researching and identifying high-quality prospects, engaging with potential clients, and helping drive the sales pipeline forward. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote Korn Ferry’s RPO solutions to Talent Acquisition and HR decision-makers.
  • Target specific key executives in high-growth areas e.g. CTO for Ai and Cyber requirements.
  • Create detailed audience personas based on industry, company size, hiring maturity, and strategic priorities to tailor outreach and messaging
  • Establish and maintain a regular cadence of personalised outreach via email, LinkedIn, and virtual events to nurture leads and build brand awareness
  • Craft compelling content and presentations that showcase the features, benefits, and ROI of Korn Ferry’s RPO offerings
  • Collaborate with sales leads to align messaging with buyer journeys and industry trends
  • Leverage modern sales intelligence platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense) to identify buying signals, trigger events, and warm leads
  • Monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Build and maintain a dynamic pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive engagement and strategic follow-up
  • Partner with VPs and Client Partners to transition engaged leads into high-value sales opportunities
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and evolving talent acquisition challenges to position Korn Ferry as a trusted advisor
Key Requirements
  • Early career professional (graduate or with up to 1–3 years of experience) with a strong interest in sales, business development or market intelligence
  • Demonstrated curiosity about market trends, and business dynamics
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, understand client needs and contribute to building a sales pipeline
  • Confident communicator, comfortable initiating first contact with clients and introducing Korn Ferry’s value proposition
  • Ability to think independently, take ownership and proactively generate ideas for outreach and lead generation
  • Experience or exposure to tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, marketing platforms or CRM systems is an advantage
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into targeted outreach strategies
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, with a willingness to grow into a more independent role over time
