Your Role
As a Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the unique needs of our enterprise customers and providing tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in engaging with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Support the development and presentation of customized solution proposals.
  • Participate in strategic discussions and workshops with customers to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance our offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a solution consulting or similar role. EdTech industry experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling/delivering complex solutions to large organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and trends.
  • Expertise in developing presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint, with proficiency in related tools such as Excel, Word, Adobe Creative Suite (for enhanced visuals), and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Miro being an add-on.
