Greenhouse is looking for a Talent Strategy Consultantto join our team!
The Talent Strategy Consultant owns Greenhouse’s largest and most complex paid strategic engagements via professional services. You will be an integral member of the Customer Success and Professional Services teams, accelerating Greenhouse-led implementations and optimising existing instances via system audits, strategic advisement, workflow reconfiguration, and change management.
High proficiency with Greenhouse Recruiting is only part of the skillset we're looking for. A successful candidate will be skilled at distilling complex needs into digestible workflows, taking a consultative approach and inspiring decision-makers to action.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom as of the start date chosen by the Company.
