Head Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for an ERP transformation engagement in Edinburgh. The role requires leading end-to-end architecture, governance and stakeholder collaboration within a complex enterprise environment.
The candidate will drive design across interfaces, integrations, data migration and deployment activities, ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned with the technology strategy. On-site presence in Edinburgh is required.
Solution Architect (ERP Transformation) needed urgently for an initial 6 - month engagement (likely to extend) with our Construction client in Edinburgh. The right candidate must have demonstrable experience as a Solution Architect on ERP projects and programmes within complex, corporate environments.
The role requires candidates to engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company and candidates must be willing and able to work onsite in Edinburgh 2 days per week.
This is a high-profile, business-critical programme where you'll provide architectural leadership across the end-to-end solution lifecycle, ensuring the ERP platform integrates seamlessly with the wider technology landscape.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end architecture for the ERP transformation, ensuring the solution is scalable, secure and aligned with the wider technology strategy. You'll provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing solution design, integrations, testing, deployment and transition into support, while identifying and mitigating technical risks, dependencies and architectural challenges.
Working closely with vendors, implementation partners and internal stakeholders, you'll govern integrations across the enterprise landscape, lead design reviews and technical workshops, and ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements. You'll also play a key role in architecture governance, maintaining standards, documentation and decision-making processes, while supporting deployment, data migration, operational readiness and knowledge transfer to ensure a successful and sustainable long-term implementation.
