Job summary

Head Resourcing Ltd seeks an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead the functional delivery of a major ERP transformation programme in Edinburgh. You will own COINS deployment-related workstreams across Finance, Commercial and Construction, overseeing requirements, process design, testing and deployment readiness.

The role requires managing vendors, RAID, dependencies and stakeholder engagement, with hybrid work 2–3 days in the office and availability on short notice.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large ERP deployment programmes.
• Delivery of functional workstreams and business processes.
• Strong governance, RAID and stakeholder management experience.

Project Manager - ERP Functional Workstreams

ERP Transformation - COINS Deployment
6 months initially - Contract

Edinburgh/Hybrid

£500-£550 per day (via Umbrella Company)

We're looking for an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead the functional delivery of a major ERP transformation programme.

Supporting a COINS ERP Deployment, the successful candidate will take ownership of key business workstreams across Finance, Commercial and Construction, managing requirements, business process design, solution reviews, testing, deployment readiness and transition etc.

To be successful in this role, we're looking for Contract Project Managers with knowledge & experience of the following:

• Large-scale ERP deployment/implementation programmes (COINS ERP would be a huge advantage)
• Functional workstream delivery and business process design across other ERP Solutions / Programmes
• Deep testing, cutover and deployment readiness
• Vendor / implementation partner management
• RAID, dependencies, governance and stakeholder management

Working in a hybrid-style (2-3 days per week in the office), we're looking for candidates who are available now / at short notice.
