Job summary

Cathcart Technology is seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the ERP integration strategy for a major transformation programme in Edinburgh. You will own the target architecture, set design standards and govern interfaces across vendors and engineering teams, from build through cutover to support.

You will collaborate with senior technology leaders and implementation partners to ensure designs meet business needs, compliance and performance goals in a hybrid, UK-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs, middleware and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with messaging/bus technology (RabbitMQ, Service Bus, Kafka).
• Familiarity with integration tools such as Boomi or Azure Integration Services is desirable.

Integration Architect - ERP

Integration Architect required on an initial 6-month contract by our client in Edinburgh.

Your new role:

A major ERP transformation programme needs an experienced Integration Architect to own the integration strategy and target architecture. You'll set design standards, catalogue and govern the critical interfaces, and assure the designs delivered by vendors and engineering teams. You'll work with senior tech leaders and implementation partners from build through to cutover and handover to support.

You’ll need:

• Integration Architect experience on large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programmes
• Enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware and event-driven architecture
• Microsoft Fabric
• Hands-on RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus or Kafka
• Experience governing SI and vendor designs within a Design Authority
• COINS, Boomi or Azure Integration Services (desirable)

The Rate:

£500 - £510 per day, hybrid role 2 days onsite, inside IR35, with a good chance of extension.
