Bupa is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead architecture and integration across acquisitions and new sites. You will shape end-to-end, scalable, secure cloud-based solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the technology strategy.

The role requires strong UML/C4 modelling skills, proficiency in REST/XML/OData, and hands-on experience with Azure and Google Cloud. You will drive governance and ensure high availability across web/mobile systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture roles.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions for high-availability web, mobile, and cloud systems.
• Experience with UML and C4 modelling.
• Experience integrating systems during acquisitions or new site rollouts.
• Knowledge of REST, XML and OData protocols.

Responsabilités

• Lead the architecture and integration of IT systems across acquisitions and new build sites.
• Translate business challenges into strategic technology solutions balancing cost, risk, and time to value.
• Collaborate across architecture, engineering, data, security, and operations to deliver the technical vision.
• Design end-to-end solutions aligned with governance and architectural standards.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners for successful delivery.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, compliance, and quality standards.
