Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator in Solihull. The role focuses on designing, coordinating, delivering and evaluating L&D initiatives, ensuring compliance with mandatory training and supporting both career development and organisational success.

The successful candidate will design training, manage administration, travel arrangements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape development requirements, while monitoring KPI data and advancing our learning

Qualifications

• Demonstrable L&D experience, ideally within a compliance environment.
• Experience coordinating and administering training & development programmes.
• Experience managing an LMS.
• Experience in designing learning interventions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, deliver and evaluate learning and development initiatives aligned to business needs.
• Provide face-to-face support and coaching to learners and stakeholders.
• Administer training bookings, certifications, and apprenticeship schemes.
• Monitor development metrics and report on KPI performance.
• Organise training materials, venues, and travel arrangements as required.
