AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Residential Real Estate Associate Solicitor for a progressive client of ours based in London. This firm pride themselves on their exceptional service level within life and business, with various service offerings including with charities. They take a transparent approach to charges and offering a variety of pricing options to clients. They focus on exceeding client expectations and are extremely people focussed – not just with clients, but their staff too. With a vibrant, social, supportive and friendly culture, they are now looking for someone to join their growing, busy Residential team:

They are looking for:

• 1-4 years PQE

• Experience of dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process

• Experience with new build conveyancing is desirable however not essential

• Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual

• Able to work autonomously and with an interest in business development

You will be involved in all aspects of property transactions including sales, purchases and remortgages, and have the opportunity to collaborate and work with the Commercial team. Any exposure to Commercial Property matters is a bonus however not essential.

• £50-60k salary DOE
