The Role:

Due to a steadily growing client base and workload, this firm is seeking a Residential Property/Conveyancing Associate 2-4+ PQE to join its progressive outfit.

This role will see you working on general Residential Conveyancing matters but with a HNW element, including but not limited to: freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, help to buy, new build/plot sales, and more.

Requirements:

• You will be a Conveyancing Lawyer with 2-4+ relevant years PQE.
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual.
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Experience in dealing with both Freehold & Leasehold properties.
