They are looking for:

1. 1-4 years PQE
2. Experience in all aspects of the conveyancing process
3. Experience with new build conveyancing is desirable but not essential
4. Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual
5. Ability to work autonomously and an interest in business development

You will be involved in all property transactions including sales, purchases, and remortgages, with opportunities to collaborate with the Commercial team. Exposure to Commercial Property matters is a bonus but not essential.
