Job summary

FQPS Academy Ltd. in Leeds seeks a Solicitor/Fee Earner with 2–3+ years’ experience in personal injury (RTA, EL, ID, clinical negligence) to join its expanding Psychiatric Injury Department.

The role involves handling cases from inception to settlement, with potential involvement in employment matters and a focus on meeting KPIs and using Proclaim. Reporting to the Head of Department, the position offers a full-time, permanent role with standard hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00) and benefits including

Reporting to: Head of Department

Department: Psychiatric Injury Department

Award winning North Leeds Firm is looking for a Solicitor/Fee Earner who has any personal injury in any area such as RTA, EL, ID or clin neg. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated candidate to be involved with the expansion of the Industrial Disease Team.

Key Tasks

• Handling a variety of injury cases from inception to settlement, including both pre and post litigation claims.
• Litigation experience would be of interest.
• Excellent understanding of CPR Rules and The Pre-Action Protocol
• Experience in handling a variety of personal injury or employment matters from inception to completion.
• Experience of working to targets and KPI’s.
• Experience using Proclaim database is preferable.
• Working with marketing to expand the department.
